Driver Pay and Benefits

Training and Orientation Pay
During your training /orientation, Walbon and Co. provides meals and lodging at no cost to you.
Transportation to our orientation facility will be provided.

Experienced Drivers

•2 days of orientation, $75 paid after 90 days
•Up to $.39 per mile (based on verifiable experience)
•Eligible for $.01 quarterly performance bonus

Performance Bonus
Unlike many companies, Walbon rewards their drivers with a Quarterly performance bonus.

Accessorial Pay

•Stop Pay $30.00 per stop, not including first and last.
•Lumpers paid
•Vacation Pay
•Detention Pay $10.00 per hour
•Breakdown Pay $50 per 24 hours vehicle can not be driven as a result of a breakdown
•Layover Pay $50 after 36 hours from last empty call
•Holiday Pay $50 per recognized holiday if under dispatch
•Per Diem according to current IRS rules
