10,000 to 12,000 miles Monthly

What the Contractor Needs:

Truck must be able to pass a DOT Inspection

Truck must weigh less than 19,500lbs full of fuel

Truck must be presentable, clean and in good working order

1 year OTR experience

23 Years old

No DUI, DWI in past 3 years

Pass Road test

Be medically qualified

Pass DOT drug screen

Pass background investigation

What the Contractor Covers:

Base Plates: $100 per week for 18 weeks

Bobtail Insurance: $32.00/mo offered through Walbon & Companies

Physical Damage: Value of truck multiplied by .00275 = monthly payment

Escrow Account required: $2000 we will deduct $100.00 per week

Heavy Vehicle Use Tax: $550 annually

Prepass Optional: $20/mo
